What time are the dolphin presentations?

The times change every day, so there is no fixed schedule. On a typical day there are about four or five presentations at the Ágora del Mar. They are included in your ticket. Look at the programme when you arrive, and get to the seats half an hour early.

Can I leave and come back the same day?

Not with a single ticket. The exception is a combined ticket with the Science Museum or the Hemisfèric on the same day: ask for a wristband at the Information Point of the Access Building.

Can I eat during the visit?

Food from outside is not allowed. Inside there are six restaurants and cafés, from the Restaurante Submarino, which sits under the central lake, to a self-service restaurant near the dolphin area and an ice-cream stand. Gluten-free options are available on request.

Where can I leave my bag?

On the ground floor of the Access Building there are lockers in three sizes. They only accept card payments, and you can open and close them as many times as you like.

Can I take photos?

Yes, but without flash. Selfie sticks and underwater cameras are not allowed, and professional photography needs permission. Please do not tap on the glass.

What else should I know before I go?

Children under 12 must be with a responsible adult. Swimwear and bare chests are not allowed, and you should keep your ticket for the whole visit. Pets are not admitted, only recognised guide dogs.
